Owners’ Quarters & Hotel Operations
Owners’ Quarters - Current owners do not live on site nor do they require on site managers. New owners could occupy one of rooms and be on site. Sewage Disposal - Sewage is disposed of through a central system that serves the town. All sewage is piped off site via the central system. There are no septic tanks on site.

Heat - Heat/ Air conditioning is provided by wall units in each room powered by propane.
