1) Sending Photos by Email:  Email commerce@commerceteam.com and attach photo(s) in gif or jpg file format. Include name of your property, type of property, state, and your name. Please specify if your photo is for your ad or for a photo page.  

2) If your Photo is Located Online:  Email us the web site address, identify the photo you want us to use. Include the name of your property, type of property, state, and your name.

3) Posting Time: Most ads are posted within 5 business days. For ad placement in 72 business hours request express service at $7. All ad orders are posted in the order received unless express service is ordered. Ads are published Monday through Friday excluding holidays. If your ad does not appear within 6 business days, email our webmaster directly at commerce@commerceteam.com for a quick email response. Sales packages will take longer to process.

4) Sales Package - Enter your site ad on the form above. Email us your photos and text if you are ordering a Sales Package. Include your name, address, telephone, fax number, name of property, all identifying information, and any specific instructions.  DO NOT FAX information. Be sure to send us your contact information so we can call you with any questions. See pricing information above.

Payment Information:  We invoice via email when your ad is posted. Payment is due at the time of invoicing.  We accept Master Card and VISA via fax or mail.  Please check your ad for accuracy. If Commerce Team has made any error, we will correct it free or charge. Once your ad has been posted online, there will be a fee for any changes EXCEPT price changes, email address changes or phone number change.  This policy helps us keep our rates low for ALL our advertisers.
